As an Occupational Therapist in Anchorage, Alaska, for more than a decade, I’ve noticed a need for greater pelvic health and wellness in the community.
The results that can come from pelvic therapy are astounding, and I’m dedicated to bringing the most current methodologies to this practice.
My passion for health and fitness has led me to truly believe that the best care and outcomes are achieved through active therapy (including exercise) coupled with passive therapy such as manual therapy.
I have been certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and hold an Alaska Occupational Therapy license.
